Does your Anti-Virus program report a Trojan or
Virus in TigerSuite or TigerSurf?
If so, don't worry; there are NO Trojans or
Virii associated, compiled, or distributed with the TigerSuite or
TigerSurf software packages. The reason some anti-virus programs claim
this is that both suites do provide a custom Trojan scanner—each
containing the most common signatures—to help you locate potential
backdoor programs and virii on your systems. Peruse the TigerSuite
message board for more details
here. Updates 5/1/01
Some installations of Windows have failed to initialize TigerSuite
after reboot and/or experience Windows Explorer Page Faults.
These issues have since been alleviated and apportioned to the current
download and CD-Rom versions. In addition, you now have the option to
abort the initialization and run the software from the TigerSuite 2.0
CD-Rom (Mobile) without transferring a single file to your system.
